Skill:
If a person is skilled then you should give at least a 5% increase to the other person in the same job.
Experience:
Experience is something which is worth considering if someone has experience of more than two years then he should get at least 20% more than the other person working in the same job.
Behaviour:
And if your car is punctual and his behaviour is good towards the company and towards colleagues, he/she should be rewarded at least 5% extra.
In India, the salary slab is as follows
Press Man 14,000 to 16,000
Laundry man 15,000 to 16,000
Dry cleaning master 20,000 to 25,000
Supervisor 25,000 to 35,000
Managed 30,000 to 40,000
